Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif ki taraf se Honhaar Scholarship 2026 ka aghaaz kiya gaya hai, jis ke tehat ahl students ki 100% Tuition Fee hukoomat khud ada karega. Who is Eligible? (Eligibility Criteria)
Before filling out the online application form, make sure you meet the following conditions set by the Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC):
For Public Universities: Minimum 70% for Science & 65% for Arts. [1, 2]
Domicile: Candidate must have a valid Punjab Domicile.
Age Limit: Maximum age should be 22 years or less on the last date of application.
Income Limit: Household monthly income must be less than 3 Lakh PKR. An official e-stamped income affidavit is required.

For Medical/Dental Colleges: Minimum 80% marks in Intermediate.
